Sports Tissue Massage is a form of massage used to help rehabilitation and manipulate the soft tissues of the body including muscles, tendons and ligaments.

What is Deep Tissue Massage?
Deep Tissue Massage is very similar to Sports Massage. Using deep presure to release chronic muscle tension, the focus is on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).
